We understand that plans can sometimes change. To give you flexibility and peace of mind when planning your trip, we have a flexible cancellation policy. If you cancel up to 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund. In this case, you will not incur any charges, and we will not receive any payment.



If you cancel your booking later than 14 days before arrival, the full amount for all booked nights is due. This policy is intended to ensure a fair solution for both parties.
